The seasons are quite clearly defined :

Between November and June the weather is mostly dry, however, this is broken up into the periods November to February and March to May. Although the North East monsoon does not directly effect Pattaya, it does cause cooling breezes from November to February.

The hot season is between March and June.

From June to November the weather is dominated by the South West monsoon, during which time rainfall is at its heaviest.
